You can register for the main conference 6-7 Nov, 2026. We are also organizing the NextPCB Jiangmen Factory Tour on 5 Nov 2026, taking attendees inside NextPCB’s manufacturing facility for a practical look at PCB fabrication and assembly.

• NextPCB Jiangmen Factory Tour (5 Nov) Prior to the main conference, we will take attendees inside NextPCB’s Jiangmen manufacturing facility for a practical look at PCB fabrication and assembly. See the Factory Tour page for the full itinerary.

Main Registration fee includes:

• KiCon Asia Conference (6 - 7 Nov) Access to 2 conference days of talks on using KiCad in settings around Asia from engineers working in industry, government and education sectors. Includes talks from KiCad developers on new features and maximizing your use of KiCad. Lunch, coffee breaks and dinner included in ticket price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation should be directed to [email protected] in writing only. A 25% administrative charge will be held from the registration cost by the organizers if the cancellation is announced before Oct 1, 2026. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued up to 60 days after the conference.

Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it In the unlikely case that the KiCon 2026 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure, the Conference Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
