Main Conference and training session

You can register for the main conference 29-30 May, 2025. We are pleased to also offer a small, business-focused KiCon training session on 28 May 2025.

Important note! On site ticket purchase is subject to availability! We cannot guarantee that you can purchase a ticket on site. In order to secure a spot, and help us plan a successful event, please register your participation by purchasing a ticket before 20 May 2025 the latest.

Main Registration fee includes:

• KiCon North America Conference (29 - 30 May) Access to 2 conference days of talks on using KiCad in settings around the Americas from engineers working in industry, government and education sectors. Includes talks from KiCad developers on new features and maximizing your use of KiCad. Lunch, coffee breaks and dinner included in ticket price.

• KiCon North America Workshops (30 May) Workshops, in 2-hour and 4-hour formats, will be help on the second day of the conference, offering the opportunity to learn new skills in a hands-on environment

Business-focused Training fee includes:

• Everything in the Main Registration

• KiCad traning day (28 May) Focused training session to level up your KiCad skills.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation should be directed to [email protected] in writing only. A 25% administrative charge will be held from the registration cost by the organizers if the cancellation is requested before May 1, 2025. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued up to 60 days after the conference.

In the unlikely case that the KiCon 2025 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure, conference ticket costs will be refunded in total. However the Conference Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as hotel registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
