Main Conference and training session

You can register for the main conference 19-20 Sept, 2024. We are pleased to also offer a small, business-focussed KiCon training session on 18 Sept 2024.

Important note! On site ticket purchase is subject to availability! We cannot guarantee that you can purchase a ticket on site. In order to secure a spot, and help us plan a successful event, please register your participation by purchasing a ticket before 1 Sept 2024 the latest.

Optional Add-on:

• KiCad Training Session (18 Sept) Prior to the main conference, we will conduct a one-day intensive training session for professional engineers looking to improve their work with KiCad. This event will be small-group and hands-on, so bring your laptop with KiCad installed to sharpen your skills.

Main Registration fee includes:

• KiCon Europe Conference (19 - 20 Sept) Access to 2 conference days of talks on using KiCad in settings around Europe from engineers working in industry, government and education sectors. Includes talks from KiCad developers on new features and maximizing your use of KiCad. Lunch, coffee breaks and dinner included in ticket price.

• KiCon Europe Workshops (20 Sept) Workshops, in 2-hour and 4-hour formats, will be help on the second day of the conference, offering the opportunity to learn new skills in a hands-on environment

• KiCad Community Coding (21 Sept) The Community Coding is a complimentary event for interested participants to learn the process for coding KiCad. Space is limited, so please request early if you are interested in C++ coding of KiCad. Registration information to the Community Coding will be shared separately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation should be directed to [email protected] in writing only. A 25% administrative charge will be held from the registration cost by the organizers if the cancellation is announced before Aug 15, 2024. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued up to 60 days after the conference.

Unexpected cancellation of the event or impossibility to hold it In the unlikely case that the KiCon 2024 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure, the Conference Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
